Being a new customer, I've only been using the products for about two months, so I can't really judge the results just yet. That said, the customer service has been pretty solid. The first couple of deliveries were a day behind schedule, but I reckon that was on the distributor. When it came to the third delivery, I reached out to them since I had an urgent need while traveling, and they got it to me the very next day in Portugal. The discount offers are nice, and I also appreciate the branding, packaging quality, and the thoroughness of the information provided.

Nicely packed and arrived in perfect shape. The shipping took a little while, around 10-11 days to Romania, but hey, it was free. The bottles were all sealed up tight. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I still haven't gotten my package. Tried reaching out to customer service through email, but they just brushed me off, saying they need to start an investigation. When I asked for proof, they had nothing to show. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
